It has been four long months but Hotel Mountain Heritage is excited to be reopening and offering warm greetings to our beloved guests. It’s never easy to be kept away from our friends and family or to not leave our local government areas but we believe the perfect way to reset your mind is with a getaway to the Blue Mountains.
We do ask that all guests adhere to social distancing requirements and be respectful towards our staff and other guests. Hotel Mountain Heritage is continually updating our services and policies to follow the current health regulations to keep our staff and guests safe.
In order to reopen safely, Hotel Mountain Heritage will be adhering to the Public Health Orders so that our guests feel comfortable and safe while taking a break.
In order to manage work health and safety risks and to follow best practice, we must ask you (as part of the reservations process) to provide proof of double-dose COVID-19 vaccination. You can do so via email with stay@mountainheritage.com.au, and we ask you to please include your reservation details and copies of vaccination status’ for all eligible guests you are travelling with.
Exemptions may apply to persons who cannot be vaccinated for medical reasons and/or because of their age (i.e. under 16 years old). Acceptable documentary evidence must be provided at least one (1) week in advance of arrival if applying for an exemption.
Please note that failure to supply sufficient evidence of your vaccination status or exemption will result in the booking being cancelled.
Our famous Jamison Views Restaurant is open for dinner currently on Friday and Saturday nights. To ensure your seat, we highly encourage guests to make a booking if they wish to dine at the restaurant on these nights.
Hotel Mountain Heritage will be offering breakfast options to guests but it will remain our modified CovidSafe service. This means guests will be provided a menu and asked to submit their selections as well as nominated seating time by 6pm the night before to reception. We are currently offering continental menu and hot breakfast menu options, with cafe quality tea and coffee provided.
