Welcome back

Hotel Mountain Heritage is ready to welcome guests back on Tuesday 26th October.

Welcome back

It has been four long months but Hotel Mountain Heritage is excited to be reopening and offering warm greetings to our beloved guests. It’s never easy to be kept away from our friends and family or to not leave our local government areas but we believe the perfect way to reset your mind is with a getaway to the Blue Mountains.

Being in the Blue Mountains, the hotel is considered part of Greater Sydney. As such, we can welcome any guest who is within that region, including Sydney itself, the central coast, Wollongong and Shellharbour. It will have to be a little longer before we can welcome regional guests back.

We do ask that all guests adhere to social distancing requirements and be respectful towards our staff and other guests. Hotel Mountain Heritage is continually updating our services and policies to follow the current health regulations to keep our staff and guests safe.

Vaccination requirements & exemptions

In order to reopen safely, Hotel Mountain Heritage will be adhering to the Public Health Orders so that our guests feel comfortable and safe while taking a break. This means following the NSW Public Health Orders require that Hotel Mountain Heritage and Jamison Views Restaurant prevent unvaccinated patrons from entering our premises.

In order to manage work health and safety risks and to comply with the NSW Public Health Orders we must ask you (as part of the reservations process) to provide proof of double dose COVID-19 vaccination. You can do so via email with stay@mountainheritage.com.au, and we ask you to please include your reservation details and copies of vaccination status’ for all eligible guests you are travelling with.

Exemptions may apply to persons who cannot be vaccinated for medical reasons and/or because of their age (i.e. under 16 years old). Acceptable documentary evidence must be provided at least one (1) week in advance of arrival if applying for an exemption.

Please note that failure to supply sufficient evidence of your vaccination status or exemption will result in the booking being cancelled.

Jamison Views Restaurant

Our famous Jamison Views Restaurant will be reopening for dinner on Friday and Saturday nights, beginning Friday, 29th October 2021. To ensure your seat, we highly encourage guests to make a booking if they wish to dine at the restaurant on these nights.

Hotel Mountain Heritage will be offering breakfast options to guests but it will remain our modified CovidSafe service. This means guests will be provided a menu and asked to submit their selections as well as nominated seating time by 6pm the night before to reception. We are currently offering continental menu and hot breakfast menu options, with cafe quality tea and coffee provided.

Please contact our reservations teams for details on menu options and pricing.

Other Facilities
Starting from Friday 29th October 2021, all of our hotel facilities including gym, gaming room and swimming pool will be open for guests to enjoy.
Guests wishing to relax at Spa Sublime are asked to contact the spa directly in regards to booking and their Covid requirements. You can contact the spa directly on (02) 4782 3113

The Festive Season

We can hardly believe that another year has gone by but Hotel Mountain Heritage is delighted to let guests know that we will be offering our popular Christmas Day lunch and dinner and New Years dinner events this year. We will begin to open reservations for these events shortly.
