Main Conference Room
Ideal for annual conferences and corporate presentations, this big work space is fully self-contained with toilets, a bar and cloak room, an open fire, kitchen facilities, central heating/air conditioning and windows that open for fresh air and natural light. Located in its own wing with direct access from the car park and Tower Room. The Main Conference Room has high cathedral-style ceilings, no obstructing columns, and spot and mood lighting plus 3 phase power.

This conference room epitomises nostalgic charm, with its leadlight windows and high ornate ceiling. The unique turret-like shape of the room allows considerable flexibility in positioning conference equipment, as there are no obstructing columns. With views through stained glass windows to the Jamison Valley, the Tower Room has natural lighting and provides direct access to the gardens.

Mountain Views Room
Large enough to fit almost 100 conference delegates theatre-style, while still feeling intimate, this room offers the best of everything in one. A relaxed atmosphere with open fireplaces and lots of large windows looking over the Jamison Valley. Plus, you get exclusive balcony access to admire the amazing view and soak up the fresh air.

A private meeting room with views over the Jamison Valley. The Glenview Room is ideal for smaller meetings or as a breakout room. Features windows that open for fresh air and is free of any columns.

A stand-alone conference facility located adjacent to The Mountain Heritage. The Coachhouse has a raked timber ceiling and rustic timber trusses, natural light and a north-facing wall of glass. French doors open out to a balcony with direct access to the gardens and recreational facilities. Windows can open to the fresh air and the room is free of columns.

Outdoor Team Building Activity Centre
Our nearby outdoor training centre is nestled amongst 20 acres of totally private parkland and garden at the top of the Wentworth Falls waterfall, and surrounded by breathtaking National Park. Located a short ten-minute trip from the hotel, it lets you commune with nature amongst wide open spaces – guaranteed to refresh, inspire and recharge. It’s a completely unique experience you won’t find anywhere else. Featuring spectacular views and direct access to Charles Darwin Walk, this historic property is a true hidden gem – and it’s only available through Mountain Heritage.
